3 Things You Need To Know

1) Toilet Shape

Make sure to check your toilet size before purchasing. Measure from the center of the bolt holes to the edge of the bowl to confirm your size.

2) Toilet Type

Our bidet seats fit most one and two-piece toilets. Make sure your toilet type is compatible before purchasing.

In addition to elongated and round toilets, there are also one-piece and two-piece toilets to be aware of. Here are the descriptions of the two types of toilets:

A one-piece toilet is sculpted into a seamless unit and has no crevices between the tank and bowl.
A two-piece toilet is one that has a separate tank and bowl that are bolted together upon installation.

Our products are designed to fit almost all one-piece and two-piece toilets. However, there are some exceptions such as certain French curve style toilets. Many bidet seats and attachments don’t fit well on deep French curve toilets as the design and shape of these have limited space near the mounting bolts.

If you have a one-piece toilet with a deep French curve, please contact us with the make and model of your toilet for a compatibility check.

3) You Need Access to Electricity

This is an electric bidet toilet seat that requires a nearby GFCI outlet. The power cord is 4 feet long.

Warranty applies to select vitreous china, WASHLET, air baths, and hand dryers.

1. TOTO warrants its plumbing products (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use when properly installed and serviced, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This limited warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of the Product and is not transferable to any third party, including but not limited to any subsequent purchaser or owner of the Product. This warranty applies only to TOTO Product purchased and installed in North, Central and South America.

2. TOTO’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair, replacement or other appropriate adjustment, at TOTO’s option, of the Product or parts found to be defective in normal use, provided that such Product was properly installed, used and serviced in accordance with instructions. TOTO reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. TOTO will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. TOTO is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of the Product.

3. This warranty does not apply to the following items:
a. Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder, electrical storm, etc.
b. Damage or loss resulting from any accident, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care, cleaning, or maintenance of the Product.
c. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
d. Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of the Product in a harsh and/or hazardous environment, or improper removal, repair or modification of the Product. (NOTE: Product model codes allow a maximum of 80 PSI. Check local codes or standards for requirements).
e. Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges or lightning strikes or other acts which are not the fault of TOTO or which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
f. Damage or loss resulting from normal and customary wear and tear, such as gloss reduction, scratching or fading over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric condition, including but not limited to, the use of bleach, alkali, acid cleaners, dry (powder) cleaners or any other abrasive cleaners or the use of metal or nylon scrubbers.
g. The use of any Product in a manner inconsistent with the Product instructions / owners manual.
NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE not all TOTO products are suitable for installation and use in certain geographic areas covered by this warranty. ORIGINAL PURCHASER assumes all responsibility for ensuring that products purchased are compliant with laws, codes and standards in the respective areas for which they are being purchased and installed. Installation and use of TOTO products in violation with such laws, codes and standards applicable to the respective location where installed for use can void the TOTO product warranty. For further information regarding where TOTO products are suitable for installation please reference the specific TOTO product owners manual, TOTO product specification bulletin or contact us by referring to our website's CONTACT US section at HTTP://WWW.TOTOUSA.COM.

4. In order for this limited warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. TOTO encourages warranty registration upon purchase to create a record of Product ownership at HTTP://WWW.TOTOUSA.COM. Product registration is completely voluntary and failure to register will not diminish your limited warranty rights.

5. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, PROVINCE TO PROVINCE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

6. To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must take the Product or deliver it prepaid to a TOTO service facility together with proof of purchase (original sales receipt) and a letter stating the problem, or contact a TOTO distributor or products service contractor, or write directly to TOTO U.S.A., INC., 1155 Southern Road, Morrow, GA 30260 (888) 295 8134 or (678) 466-1300, if outside the U.S.A. If, because of the size of the Product or nature of the defect, the Product cannot be returned to TOTO, receipt by TOTO of written notice of the defect together with proof of purchase (original sales receipt) shall constitute delivery. In such case, TOTO may choose to repair the Product at the purchaser’s location or pay to transport the Product to a service facility.

WARNING! TOTO shall not be responsible or liable for any failure of, or damage to, this Product caused by either chloramines in the treatment of public water supply or cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). NOTE: The use of a high concentrate chlorine or chlorine related products can seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.

Outstanding Product!

After spending two weeks in Japan and using this product all over the country, I had to order one for my home. It is truly life changing. I actually look forward to using it. I have three toilets in my home but make a bee line for my TOTO when needed. You will not regret the purchase of this product.

Really like the clean feel after toilet trip. Nice features. Just don't like the feel that the incline near the back of the seat causes. I think there is a reservoir for the warm water there and the warm water is nice. Just miss the more level feel of the old seat.

Worth every penny

I feel like when it comes to bidets, if you know, you know. You’re not reading reviews to be sold on bidets in general, you want to know about this particular bidet.

I’m still learning the ins and outs of all the different features, but this thing is something else. First off, I was a little cautious about the hump in the back since Im tall, but no problems there. You won’t ever notice it’s there sitting on the seat.

There are a few reviews that mention a “manufacturing defect” with the seat - these reviews are wrong. One side of the seat depresses to activate a switch when you sit down. The top leg on that side of the side slopes down as well, there isn’t just a flatter one in the back. It does not feel like you’re leaning sitting down. Do not attempt to “correct” this by putting something under it; I guarantee you’re harming your bidet.

The air dryer doesn’t feel like it does much, but after messing with the settings and not using it at all, it definitely does help at least a little. Don’t expect it to be like a hair dryer intensity or anything.

I like that this model has a tank for heated water, as sometimes the instant heat models draw too much power and make the lights on that circuit flicker. No issues here!

Make sure you take time to read the manual and set it up. You can turn certain features on and off, and you can adjust things that other reviews have mentioned they wished they could adjust.

All in all, I’m really happy so far!

Warm and Refreshing

The automated features of this seat are awesome; when a person walks up to it, it opens yet it doesn't open for my dog (3 feet tall; ~60 lbs. He triggers hall motion sensors, which is why it's a concern). However, it seems a bit silly to have the automated bowl night light only trigger when the seat lid opens automatically (and during bidet use/cleaning), and not with the lid + seat open automation. My wife often goes with the seat down so when I had the automation to lift both the lid and the seat, my wife ended up sitting on the porcelain in a rude awakening because the light didn't let her see that the seat was up. And, since the bowl light is only on for around 5-6 seconds, it's like it's challenging men to pee through the seat in the dark, with only the after image of the led glow to guide your aim. Even with it's self cleaning features, these are the sorts of antic that egg divorce, lol

Because these features aren't very adjustable (either on or off) and the price of this item is so high, it might make more sense for people who are looking for these features to buy a 1000$ smart toilet instead. The Eplo DP7 I purchased for my master bath has all of the features this bidet seat has, but additional toilet features like a tankless design, kick flush, high pressure flush, battery backup, UV wand sterilization, ionized flush water, darkness activated night light, etc. Much better deal.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Returns and Exchanges:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
